Volvo's exclusive Polestar Performance Tuning is a form of auto tuning software that works to optimize the output of your powertrain without compromising fuel econmy, emissions, or the health and longevity of your engine. It does this by recalibrating hundreds of the parameters that control the output of your powertrain.
Polestar Performance Tuning Improves:
- Increases your vehicle's turbocharger boost pressure
- Reoptimizes your ignition and fuel mapping
- Recalibrates your throttle response
T5 Engine:
Output on the T5 engine goes from 227 hp and 238 lb-ft of torque to an impressive 250 hp and 273 lb-ft of torque.
T6 Engine:
Originally good for 300 hp and 325 lb-ft of torque, the T6 gets a boost up to 325 hp and 354 lb-ft of torque.
